Description:This is a macro that allows you to set a jog toggle to a keyboard shortcut. Select a dimension and run, then the dimension will be set to the opposite of its current jog state
    Condition préalable: A drawing dimension is selected
  Post-condition: dimension will be set to opposite of current jog state
